RailLink (referred to as the “app” or “application”) does not request or store any personally identifiable information from its users.

The data entered by users and their preferred settings are stored locally on the device for convenience. This information is not transmitted to any third parties and is automatically deleted when the application is removed from the device.

Upon opening the app for the first time, the user is asked to grant permission for location access. The user can choose to allow or deny this request and can modify this preference at any time in the device settings.

If permission is granted, the app uses the user’s location solely to display the stations closest to them. The app does not store the user’s location and does not share it with any third parties.

The app does not contain any in-app purchases.

The application does not track its users’ location beyond the functionality described above.

The app is not intended for or targeted at individuals under the age of 18.
